Hi, I have a ICX7150-24P, that suddenly has a few ports now not working anymore, I think it's a hardware issue. I've reload and reset the switch. As well as factory resetting the switch via CLI over serial. The issue still persists.

Two access points that work if plugged into other ports that are functional. If they are plugged into the few ports that aren’t working, no lights on the access points turn on.

Lennar homes are typically equipped with a 12-Port Switch for network setups.
Would you prefer to proceed with a Ruckus 12-Port Switch as a replacement for your current 24-Port model?

Yes, the 12 port works, It would actually be nicer, the 24 is fairly large for a home.

Thank you for the confirmation.
Based on the troubleshooting done, all the ports on your Ruckus ICX-7150-C24P Switch is not working. Checked the status of the ports and all are online, However, few of the ports are not working. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
