ICX 7150

My ICX 7150 has stopped working. There was no WiFi signal in my house so I checked the ICX and it was dead. I recycled power to it and the status lights cam on momentarily but then extinguished and nothing happened. Would not reboot. Can it be fixed?

Hello?  If I bought my Lennar home is this thing still covered by a warranty?  Do I have to use a Ruckus switch for the R510 Zoneflex to work?

Following this post as I have a similar issue as of yesterday in my Lennar home

Please share the image of the switch and the access points showing the LED status and the cable connections.

Also please try to perform the factory reset process by using the below steps and let us know the result.

 

1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.

2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

  1.  Remove power from the switch.
  2. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  3. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

As I stated before, I removed the Switch from the system since it stopped working. There are no wires connected to it at all. No point in sending a picture of the switch with no wires connected to it. I did attempt the factory reset and the switch doesn’t do what the video you supplied does. When I attempt to do the reset, the Status lights blink once and that’s it. The switch does not reboot as the video does.

To proceed with RMA, please share the image of the switch and the access points showing the no light status. Also please plug your ICX-7150-C12P switch into a power outlet and send us a video of the switch showing the light status and the power cord as mentioned below.
