My ICX 7150 has stopped working. There was no WiFi signal in my house so I checked the ICX and it was dead. I recycled power to it and the status lights cam on momentarily but then extinguished and nothing happened. Would not reboot. Can it be fixed?

My ICX 7150-C12P stopped working.  The R510 APs were no longer transmitting a wifi signal. Checked the ICX and there were zero lights illuminated on it. I reset power to the ICX upon which the status lights illuminate momentarily and then turn off. No lights turns on after that and seems it doesn’t work at all.

There are zero lights illuminated on the APs and zero lights on the switch. I removed the switch and disconnected it from my network. I have a backup WiFi signal from my modem.
