My unit will flash lights when plugged in and then no other activity (green lights on front or ability to access via app).

What else do you need to understand to replace this unit? There are no lights on the unit. The error is cannot connect because there is no power. The leds do not light up in maintenance port or on my computer. If I go to comm screen it reads as if nothing is connected. This is beyond a joke at this point that I continue to try things on a dead machine.

Based on the images you have share, seems that the your switch is not responding this unit should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.
