Our ICX is not powering up. We have plugged it into multiple outlets and the lights flash amber and then shut off. We have tried everything.

We disconnected the power cord and tried another one. No change.
We tried plugging into different working outlets and no change.
We used a paperclip and held the reset button down, waited for lights to flash released the reset button and no change.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it flashes an amber light and then goes dark. Also, you tried to reset the Switch. And you confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
