ICX 7150 is no longer responding

My Ruckus ICX 7150 is no longer powering on. I have exhausted all resources on my end to try to re-configure. The actual device does not boot after several restarts/power cycles. I have my security system, garage, and overall safety of my family linked to the router and all of this has been impacted due to the disrupted connection. Please advise on the next steps to get this fixed.

Hi @rob120788 

 

Please follow the below steps to understand the issue in detail.

 

1. Connect the computer to the ISP router with the ethernet cable. Run the speed test, and confirm if your speed is stable and search for websites,  make sure you have no issues.

2.  On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?

3- Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source

4- Are the Access Points R510 powering up? 

5- Are you having any connectivity issues like webpage not loading or slow connectivity.
