Missing Username/password for ruckus ZD3000

I forgot Device login user name and password therefore I want to retrieve the user name and password without hampering the internal configuration. Please provide me suggestion

Hello Shiplu

  • If you have a ZD debug or back up file which was taken out after changing the password, then from  those files support can extract the username and password.
  • If you do not have any such files from the ZD then the only way is to hard reset the ZD.
