I have 2 Switches SN:FEK3849Q4P4 /SN: FEK3834SOYP
The switches do not communicate through Serial /Telnet or any other connections. one switch all lights stay one the other I have Diag lights on. i have tried resetting to defaults on both switches without luck also one switch has a biuzzing noise coming from it, i am aware of lifetime warranty for hardware defects and i belive that these switches fall under those categories

I have the concole port connected in correctly in the Picture above I have corrected the connection and I still have no communication this sam senario happens on both switchs which I explained at beginning of this conversation. Corrected picture is attached

Based on the troubleshooting done, you are unable to perform Software Recovery of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch. Tried multiple ways however, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
