ICX 7150 Not sending power through POE

We lost power both APs aren’t receiving power after power returned. I have Reset all items several times APs and switch. I have switched cables where possible. I have attempted reboot using coms port that didn’t accept a boot load, flash attempted but failed. Boot said invalid. Not sure what I could do here.

again the Wi-Fi password is the current issue I need instructions on how to reset it. I can access the AP using a Ethernet cable only.

Thank you for the response and the information.

First, we should have access to Unleased Web System. Please make sure you have access to Unleashed Web. 

Please browse and login to your Unleashed account.

Select Wi-Fi Network>>Select your WLAN Network (SSID)>>Edit WLAN>>Change the password

The software is show the AP is functioning properly yet none of my devices stay connected for more than a few seconds. Also AP number is disconnected not sure how to reconnect it I have cycled power so far which didn’t do much. The new SSId was with same basic results does really connect. There is a DNS error as well
