ICX 7150 Not operatable

I experienced a power outage and now the switch is no longer working. Its not powering on Access point. I have pwered on and off, then tried reset, and lastly the guidelines through connectivity.

Followed step by step guidelines. Downloaded TFTP and followed those step. Device manager doesnt recognize ports. Tried using both USB C and RJ45. Both do not change anything. I live in a Lennar Home.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch after a power outage.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

Could you please let me know if your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch has an Amber/Yellow LED as shown in the picture below? If yes, the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.

As you mentioned, the reset isn’t working, please try it multiple times as described in the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article.

If that doesn’t make any difference, Software Recovery is the last option. Refer to the below link guide for the same.

As you are trying the Software Recovery with no Device Manager COM port details please make sure to download the zip drive for the file below & "extract all". Once it's extracted, run the file, the driver should be installed using the 2 links below.

Once installed restart your laptop and try to locate the COM port details under 'Ports (COM & LTP)' with cables connected between the Laptop and the Switch (Refer to the below screenshot), Please check and let me know if that works.

Yes the amber light is there as shown in the image. I tried multiple resets and got nothing. I downloaded the VCP drivers and the port in the device manager still isnt showing.

Could you please share a picture showing the Software Recovery cable connections between the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and the laptop? Additionally, please share a screenshot showing the Device Manager COM Port details.
