I have a Lennar smart home built in 2018. My ICX 7150-C12P will not stay powered on. When I unplug it in the green light blinks once then it immediately powers off. It will not stay on. I have read all of the troubleshooting posts but nothing has resolved my issue. I was told that I need to request an RMA. Please advise how I should proceed. Thank you.

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
Please unplug all the cables connected to the Switch. Plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a working power outlet and send us PICTURES and VIDEO of it showing the light status, and cord connected to the Switch and a working power outlet? Please refer to the below pictures as an example.

Hello, I was finally able to upload the video to the Lennar shared drive. I had to use a desk top computer.
