Unable to connect to Ruckus unleashed network

ICX 7150-C12P not pulling up network from WIFI list. 

I’ve tried to factory reset the modem, however, not able to connect to the network. I am getting 2 flashing lights on all 3 R510 access points within my house:

Power: 

System started, no routable IP address detected.

CTL:

Network problem. Cannot contact Unleashed Master

All other lights remain off. Additionally, I am seeing the following network name tied to my IP Address:

Recover.Me-(######)

Any assistance would be appreciated.

If you can not find the IP address of your  ICX7150 Ruckus switch, you can also try access it via console, please check this guide  How to console in the ICX-7150-12CP 'Ruckus Switch
