I’m having a similar problem this post:

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/ICX-7150-C12P-displays-orang...

When I got to the ping step in PuTTY it says “ARP Retry count exceeded; starting again; ping failed; host 192.068.0.2 is not alive“

Hi Jayavidhya-

I did try the factory reset, as you can see from the picture below, the lights are now flashing orange (but the power light is still solid green). Prior to the reset, the power light was solid green and the SYST light was solid orange.

Thanks!

Hi @AM15

Thanks for your response,

Based on the images you have shared it seems like the ethernet cable coming from the router/access points has been wrongly connected to the switch.

Please make sure the cable is actually connected to the ICX-7150-C12P ( Switch ) In one of the 12 ports in the middle.

Also please check whether the cable is in good condition so that both ends and connectors look good.

Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

Best regards,

Jayavidhya

Hello.

the Ethernet cord that goes to the access points is in the correct place, you can tell in the picture because it’s the blue one. The yellow one was going to my computer for troubleshooting. Everything is on the same position it has always been. Both ends of the cable look fine.
