Hi,
We live in a Lennar home. Our ICX 7150 C12P is not working after a power outage. We followed the instructions in the community forum and still not working. This has been a very time consuming process. What other options are available? We’re desperate to get our internet working again.

Thanks for your response,
Please share the image of the access points showing the LED status. Also based on the images you have shared in one of the image the switch has green lights blinking and in the other image the switch has amber and green light blinking. So please let us know the clear LED status of the switch.

Hi,
I apologize, I don’t know how to find the LED status of the switch. I tried following the instructions but it wasn’t clear to me. Is it possible to talk to somebody or is there a video available to walk through the steps?
The six pictures I sent were for each status - STAT, SPD, ID, USB, and PoE.
USB is orange. The others are green.
When I go to PoE, the two white cords are green but the orange Ethernet cord does not light up.
