ICX 7150-C12P (no power, no status lights)

Hi there, I recently purchased a home with a ruckus icx 7150 switch. There are no status lights on the unit, and I can’t console in to the device. I’ve tried to reset the device and changed power cords and plugs. Requesting an RMA.

Based on the images and the troubleshooting you have done it seems that this unit is totally dead.

 

This unit Should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.
