Power outage happened and switch had one yellow and one green light. I followed steps to reboot through reset button process. After that, the switch worked and one of the access points got back on. However there is a second access point that never got back on. How do I fix?

Hello, thanks coming back quickly. The access point that is off has no light at the moment, meaning it is completely off.

As per your description, it seems that your switch is working after reset process. For further understanding of the issue please let us know the LED status of the switch.

Switch + 1 access point are working fine. There is another access point that is not working. It is completely off.
i have a total of 2 access points.
