ICX 7150-C12P no power no lights. I have tested with multiple power sources.
There are no lights at all on switch. Seems like it is dead. Power supply?

Based on the information you have shared, seems that your switch is not responding this unit should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.
