I get the "not alive" when I try to ping after following the steps in the above link.
I've read in other posts that the out-of-band port is not responding and that it since the software recovery is not working, this is an RMA. Any other suggestions or other things I can try? Or is this considered a RMA
Based on the troubleshooting done, and you confirm after the reset, booting up the Switch, and after trying the software recovery process, the failure persists. This unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
