Every time there is a power outage it will take at least a dozen or more reboots to get the switch to load into switch mode. I was looking through the forums and different articles. I have attempted to run a software recovery. I get the "not alive" when I try to ping after following the steps in the above link.
I've read in other posts that the out-of-band port is not responding and that it since the software recovery is not working, this is an RMA. Any other suggestions or other things I can try? Or is this considered a RMA
