ICX 7150-C12P has no power

But I was told to reach out for Lennar Homes support. My Ruckus came with the Lennar home that I bought. It has suddenly quit working due to no power. Probably PSU is gone. I'm looking for help with RMA, but as I understand, an engineer from here is supposed to approve the RMA, can someone please help out? I haven't gotten anymore response in the other thread.

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I could understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up.

Could you please try to check by replacing another Power cord with the Switch? In case the current power cord is damaged. 

Also, please try to reset the Switch as described below:

1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.

2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

  • Remove power from the switch.
  • Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  • After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

IF RESET IS NOT WORKING, PLEASE TRY TO RESET YOUR SWITCH MULTIPLE TIMES (Like 10-15 times) AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

How long does it take to have support? I did start my own but seems to only receive one response asking if I was a Lennar Home.
