ICX 7150-C12P displays orange light for SYST indicator.

ICX 7150-C12P displays orange light for SYST indicator when the power was turned OFF to the switch and then turned ON again. Now none of my APs gets the power and arent working?

Hello 

Based on your description it seems that you have to perform a software recovery 

Symptoms:

*The Switch will not provide power to any PoE devices (Doorbell, cameras, even the Access Points).

*Will not have connectivity to the devices connected to the Switch.

*The ISP router will work fine.

*Console access will be the only access available.

*System light will be yellow/orange/Amber.

Thank you for your response. I treid to follow above link but got stuck at stage Start>type device manager>open>Ports (COM &LPT). I am not able to see any option called Ports and hence not able to establish communication between laptop and switch. I used LAN cable to do so. Please guide.

Seem the cable has not been recognized, please follow up the next steps:

 

1:Factory reset the Switch:

 

  1. Remove power from the switch.
  2. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  3. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

When all the system LEDs blink green, all the configuration data are erased and the switch is returned to its factory configuration. When all the system LEDs are solid green, the erase process is complete and the system reloads. Once reloaded and the SYST LED is steady green, the factory reset is complete.

2:If the Switch is still stuck in boot mode, let's download the driver first and reconnect the console cable back.

3:If after installing the driver, the cable has still not been recognized, please share a picture of the Switch wire to the computer with the console cable and the COM importation displayed in the computer.

After performing Reset device still keeps on BLINKING with ORANGE color. I installed the driver too but still don't see Ports option. Attaching screenshots as requested.
