ICX 7150-C12P displays orange light for SYST indicator Stuck at Ping is not alive

I'm following the guide posted in another post but I am getting trying to do PING but it is saying host is not alive.

printenv
baudrate=9600
ipaddr=192.168.0.3
serverip=192.168.0.2
netmask=255.255.255.0
gatewayip=192.168.0.2
uboot=mnz10114
image_name=SPR08080d.bin
ver=10.1.14T225 (Nov 15 2018 - 04:59:18 -0800)

Environment size: 185/16379 bytes
ICX7150-Boot>ping 192.168.0.2
Change GMAC speed to 1000MB
Using bcm_xgs_gmac-0 device

ping failed; host 192.168.0.2 is not alive

Please try the same troubleshooting steps by turning off the windows firewall. Here I share the guide on how to turn off windows firewall.
