hi.
Have my ICX 7150-C12P boot corruption. No bootloader. Console outputs unreadable garbage at all baudrates.
Tried to reset the Switch and connect via Serial cable but there is a boot corruption. Need to know how to apply for warranty

Thank you for your response.
You will need to use an additional USB-C cable along with the Ethernet cable connected to port 13. Kindly refer to my previous message and the article for further details.

Did the same with both cables, but the same happen when tried to connect to the switch. There is no ICX7150_ on the putty, just random characters.

Could you please share a screenshot of the Device Manager showing Port details? Additionally, please share a cable connections between the Switch and the laptop.
