ICX 7150-C12P Dead

My ICX 7150-C12P that came with the smart home system stopped working. It will not power on. It is identical to the issue described in several of the form posts (i.e: dwdchen's post). I performed every troubleshooting methods suggested in the forum by the host, but with no result. Please suggest a solution.
