ICX 715 not working

After a power outage the switch did not rebooted. Manually rebooted and now the internet is SUPER slow and not routing to the AP's. The signal is weak to the point the ring doorbell and cameras are not getting signal. How do I get this resolved?

Possible passwords and username for ssh access username : admin password : Lennar / username : admin password : Ruckus! / username : admin password : Ruckus1/ username : super password : sp-admin 

Or same as the unleashed dashboard APP

This doe not work. 

Again, the password in any combination is not working either. I have also paid to bring someone out from outside and we are still with no operable switch or access points.

Try the same credential you used for Unleashed APP/Unleashed dashboard, if still not working, you need to gain access via console and perform a password recovery.

 

Note: take in consideration that the user either super or admin, both are lower case from the bundle we have provided

 

 

1:try the same credential as Unleashed APP.

2:If still not working, gain console access to the Switch.

1:Console access to the switch

 

2:Reset the device (power cycle the switch)

 

Commands:

 

3- Enter “b” to stop at boot monitor

 

Enter the next command no password

 

(skips the password check when the system comes back in the next boot)

 

4- Enter the next command boot

 

 

Set new password commands:

 

Enable

Config t

username admin password pass

Enable super-user-password “password”

 

Wr mem

Reload

4:Since you have access via console, you can fix the routing issue from there too.

 

ICX7150-C12 Router>enable   

ICX7150-C12 Router>show flash  (you can confirm in which partition you have the correct code that will start with SPS example: SPS08080f.bin normally will be your primary partition)

ICX7150-C12 Router#copy flash flash secondary  (this will copy what is in your primary code to the secondary)

ICX7150-C12 Router# write memory

ICX7150-C12 Router#show flash  (now both partitions must start with the SPS before the code type)

ICX7150-C12 Router#Boot system flash primary yes
