I've tried every password combo but still can't login my home's lICX 7150-C12P Switch, HELP please

My home's ICX7150-C12-Switch has not worked for a couple of weeks. I tried every Password you guys send here, But they're all incorrect. What can I do next?😱

Password I have tried:

Please share a video while the ICX7150 is connected directly to the power outlet, and showing there are no lights.

Also please try to check by replacing the another power cord with the switch and let us know the result.

Hi Jayavidhya,

Thank for your reply. I changed another power cord of switch and it worked. But another issue came up when I boot the device.

I got an error message: PoE Fatal: Vmain (48V) fault has forced all ports on slot 0 to lose power.

That made me can't reset my device's password. I don't know what to do now😂.

The Switch is working, but some lights color aren't green and my AP devices still no power.

I stuck here, after boot switch, can't reset password:
