I still cannot find a way to reply to all the email requests I'm getting getting from ruckus support

I keep getting email requests and replies from ruckus but every time I reply, the email bounces from no-reply.
How on earth do you interact with ruckus??

This unit is strapped in place in a closet. No sn on the front or back. There is a MAC address on the back. Is it on the bottom?
