How do i upgrade my ruckus R510 AP to a higher variant like the R350 maybe which support Wifi 6

We're facing significant packet loss with our current Ruckus R510 Access Point, leading to unreliable connections. Upgrading to the Wi-Fi 6-compatible R350 AP would greatly improve network performance and reduce latency. Could you please guide us on the process of upgrading the AP and confirm if other brand APs would be compatible with our existing ICX switch? Additionally, despite searching, I’ve been unable to find where to procure the R350 APs, so any assistance on that front would be appreciated.

Based on the description of your case, it appears you are experiencing packet loss issues with the RUCKUS R510 Access Points. 

Please note that the RUCKUS R510 Access Points support up to Wi-Fi 5. For information on newer Wi-Fi versions, please contact us through the following links:

However, R510 also can be used with the greater speeds:

To address the packet loss issues with your current R510 Access Points, we recommend performing a factory reset and reconfiguring the devices from scratch. You can find detailed instructions for the factory reset process in the following RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base article:
