How can i get the Configure.Me to come up in my wifi connections so i can set up the unleashed?

I started the unleashed app process and had to stop half way thru and now the Configure.Me wifi network doesn't appear. I already contacted customer service a couple of times and watched the youtube videos and nobody can explain how to fix it. Help please

The 510 AP is not broadcasting any SSID's, even though the 2.4 and 5.2 are lights are glowing yellow waiting for a connection.

I'm sure you're very frustrated. Was Amazon helping you originally with this? Or did you move in and inherit this configuration.

Using the 7250 port is definitely doable...the 510 is on the 9 foot ceiling and it's hard hauling a large laptop up the ladder...Thank you

If you don't want to install NMAP you can also try your hand at Wireshark and look for the arp packets
Many ways to skin this proverbial cat. With NMAP too you can run a filter to learn more about your switch.
