I recently changed my ISP to ATT and ever since I’m getting these Heartbeat loss alerts every 12 hours or so. I was asked to create my own thread to address my issue. Can you please help me get this resolved?

Hi Felipe, thanks for your solution. Wish I received it sooner after going through the hassle of doing a master reset on my APs and basically starting over with a new network. Your solution sounds a lot easier and hope others will take note. I never did get a solution to my problem with getting alerts on my Unleashed app. Everything is set correctly. Do you have a solution for alerts and alarms? Used to show before I reset the APs. Thanks
