Heartbeat loss

I recently changed my ISP to ATT and ever since I’m getting these Heartbeat loss alerts every 12 hours or so. I was asked to create my own thread to address my issue. Can you please help me get this resolved?

In unleashed app, under IP setting set the IP address to dynamic as mentioned below.

Once you are done with the above step please set the AP's IP address to dynamic. Once you set the IP to dynamic please try to reboot the switch and check whether you are getting the heartbeat loss error or not.

Why doesn’t my main AP not allow change but the 2nd AP allow it to be changed to DHCP? Is this where you think the problem lies?
