Have no idea how to use Wi-Fi extenders

I built my house back in 2019 and someone came out to setup my ruckus while I was at work. My mother was here at the time and set everything up, so I don’t know what she did. I am now wanting to use my two wifi extenders and have no idea where to start. Please help
