HI.
I am looking to upgrade/replace one of the existing AP (R510)with a new 6GHz AP (R560).
I would like to check if anyone know -
1. How can I purchase a new AP or get a trade-in?
2. Also, can the Two AP of the different models work together or do I need to replace both the master and slave APs?
Let me know if anyone has gone through a similar requirement. Appreciate the help.
Thanks,
Amit

Hi @amit3bcrec
Hope you are doing well !
1-I don't think there is a way to change the access points to a newer one. These must be purchased.
You can search for an official partner that is near your location and make this request

2-As you mention, in unleashed an AP takes the role of Master and the rest as members, so we can say Controller-less solution.
You don't need that both access points to be identical model, just to have both of them with the same firmware version ( compatibility ) and be on the same network.
Please use as reference from unleashed to this post : https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/Unleashed/UNLEASHED-ENVIRONMENT/m-p/45778
