Got disconnected and connection disappeared during firmware update.

During update of unleashed firmware my internet connection disappeared, the extender router started showing amber light on 5G and 2.4

Thanks for your response.

Please check whether your AP is getting the IP address from the DHCP Server by the connected router and it’s in a normal state.

I found the IP address using LanScan and finding the AP's MAC address.
I ping it giving the following results:
192.168.1.XXX ping statistics ---
6 packets transmitted, 6 packets received, 0.0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 0.611/0.789/1.059/0.146 ms.
I was able to get to the unleashed login site thorough the IP address. However despite pf login with all the suggested passwords for admin or super, all came back as wrong passwords.

Please try the most common username and passwords ( This is key sensitive so please include capital letters )  

Username:admin password: Ruckus! 

Username:admin password: Ruckus1

Username:admin password: Lennar

Username:super password: sp-admin

SorryJayavidhya, but your are suggesting what I just reported that none of the passwords with user id combinations that you have listed worked:

Username:admin password: Ruckus! 

Username:admin password: Ruckus1

Username:admin password: Lennar

Username:super password: sp-admin

Which you have suggested in a previous message. Which by the way, I did try it again and did not work.
