It looks like I am another customer dealing with issues after power outage. We've had this Lennar home for a couple of years and after every power outage we have to go through a reboot. This time however after several attempts to reboot, the system will not reboot and we have no power, no lights at all, going to either access point. To say this system in our "Smart Home" is aggravating is an understatement.

1-On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?
2-Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source

none of the 4 on the status bar are lit.only a green to the right of the status bar
