Feeling lost

My wifi reset last year after a power outage and my Ruckus stopped working. I haven't been able to figure it out by reading through the forum or looking up on youtube. I have not been using it for a year the the Ruckus network will connect, but wifi signal is now worse than my regular signal.  I'm not sure where to start - I tried to sign into the ruckus website and couldn't figure out how to log in and my email addresses were not recognized for a password reset. Can I get any basic help about where to start trying to fix this issue?  Feeling totally lost but I can't zoom call in half of my townhome...
