Factory Reset 2 Rockus wireless 350AP

Good afternoon,

The house came with 2 Ruckus wireless R350 AP and unfortunately I don't have the password to login and check why the performance is very bad. I check my Main switch and I have 300 MBPS of internet speed but after my two routers I have around 50 to 100 MBPS. Can you guide me on how to setup my wifi again if I do a factory reset? I have one router on the 1st floor and another on the 2nd floor with the same wireless network.

I would suggest you follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article on how to setup the RUCKUS devices and factory reset the RUCKUS Access Points.
