Cannot re-connect Ruckus AP

Description: Hello, I checked my AP to see why I cannot connect to my accounts and reconfigure everything. When I go to the app, it says, "You are not connected to the Unleashed network. Go to settings." Then, when I log into my Ruckus online account, nothing populates. When I try to go to the http://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com website, it tells me it cannot find the server, and then there is a "no internet" when I am on the configure.me wifi.
I will be transparent and inform your team that I have not logged onto Ruckus for years I am not even certain how long it has been disconnected.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issues you are experiencing with your RUCKUS setup.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with the RUCKUS Access Points configuration.

When you connect to the configure.me-xxxxxx network it will not let you connect to the Internet. This network is intended to configure the RUCKUS Wi-Fi network.

Please refer to the video below and complete the configuration.
