I just moved into a Lennar community Timber Creek. Previous owner must have unplugged Ruckus device. I have internet but extender is off. I tried resetting the extender, which is on the ceiling and I can't remove. Also plugged in the Ruckus modem but all lights are amber; no green lights. How do I get the extender back on??

Thank you for the response and for sharing the requested information.
I would suggest hard resetting the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.
Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article for the factory reset process.
If the reset is not successful on the first attempt, please try resetting the switch multiple times (approximately 20-30 times) as outlined above. In many cases, we have observed that this method works after several attempts. If the reset is successful using a paperclip, the SYST and PWR lights should turn GREEN.

I have tried the process at least 40 times. Nothing changing. All lights are amber

If a hard reset with a paper clip doesn't work, the only way to fix it is to perform a Software Recovery of the Switch.
Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article for the process.
