I am unable to retrieve the "software recovery" from Pinky's previous post.  Precisely speaking, I am unable to see his previous email/post at all.

I just disconnected Ruckus with no choice.

Finaly I successfully reboot the system.  But all LED lights are still blinking.  The figure 5 in your video is not shown.  Please advise.  Thanks.

The following is NOT shown yet.  It's been blinking for a while already.
