I've tried to reset it about 20 times already.  It is still not working at all.

Thank you for your response and the update.

From the other post/case thread I understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is currently stuck in boot mode. Since you have been unable to hard reset the switch using the paper clip method, the next step is to perform a software recovery. Please refer to the relevant RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base article shared in the other post thread for detailed instructions on this process.

Kindly initiate the software recovery procedure, and if you encounter any difficulties, please reply to Pinky's post for further assistance.
