Sold my Lennar hone and need to deactivate my ruckus account so new owners can activate their home. Need help

From the case description, I could understand that you need assistance in your RUCKUS account.
For Lennar Home users there won’t be any account maintained individually. There is no need of activating/deactivate any account for Lennar Homes. However, please call to support if you have any further queries. This support portal is only for helping Lennar Home Customers with their network issues with RUCKUS devices.
