Configuring Ruckus Settings: Don't know login

When the home was purchased (original owners) the ruckus was set up, but there was not a login or anything provided to be able to access the app. Can anyone assist in helping us find out the login for our ruckus to be able to change the name/settings within?

Hi @AliensDoExist

try to gain access to the Unleashed dashboard using the next bundle of credentials, the user is lower case and the password will change, so test all of them.

Potentially the other issue is that we are unable to connect to the "wifi" of the ruckus box. It's not the first time set up because its working and providing internet. Everything that ive seen if for the first time setup that automatically activates the "wifi" to connect.

Hi @AliensDoExist

For better understanding, please response to the next questions.

1) Are you able to see the Unleashed SSID/Wi-Fi signal?

2) Can you connect Unleashed SSID/Wi-Fi signal? And have internet connection but slow?

The answer to both questions is no. As the box i believe has been renamed to the name of our old wifi, but if connected to it runs at the speed of the new wifi.
