Ceiling unit lit red in secondary bedroom

Hi all.  FR ceiling module is all green. Noticed last week the ceiling module was red lit at ‘power’.  Unplugged the main ruckus box, waited 5 minutes and the FR rebooted and secondary bedroom started to reboot with 2 green lites then went red. Any suggestions ?  Also, I see a reset button inside - worth trying ?  And, my unit is only 8” from wall - how do you get the cover off the ceiling unit to see ?

Clarification: ceiling module in secondary bedroom was red lit and remains red lit after unplugging.

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I understand that the Power lights on the Access point turns red.

Could you please unplug the ethernet cable of the Access Point with the Red PWR light and plug it into any 1 in-12 ports (as highlighted in the below screenshot) of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch?
