Good evening,
I've been having issues upgrading firmware on my ICX 7150 c12p switch for quite some time and gave up for a few months. Today I decided to give it another try and made a little progress. I feel I have come to the end of the road as I believe the hardware is the issue. No matter how I try to update I get this error "ICX7150-C12 Switch#copy disk0 flash SPS08095hufi.bin secondary
flash_fcreat: Failed to create file tempufi
ERROR ....
ICX7150-C12 Switch#copy disk0 flash SPS08095hufi.bin primary
flash_fcreat: Failed to create file tempufi
ERROR ...."
Any help would be great!.......or a replacement switch.

I have tried the cli method as well following the guide from non-ufi to ufi and I would run into the same issue. On reboot there are a whole list of errors and corrupt file system with not being able to read or write config. I believe the hardware is defective.

It will not change no matter what I do. Like I said, it shows 08080f but still has 08080d. We are just going in circles now and not resolving anything. The hardware is defective. It won’t write to memory because of a flash error as there are multiple errors that I’ve provided. Is there anything else beside what your having me do since it’s not changing anything.
