I have purchased a Lennar Home with a ruckus already set up. I can see the previous owners network is still connect to our smart thermostat. I can't figure out how to access the network. When I try to click on the wifi network I am unable to join.
The admin password they gave me is very generic.
I have connected my gateway to the switch. I believe I have it hooked up correctly.
I took pictures of my set up but I can't upload the pictures. This has been a very frustrating process.
I would like to a reset the whole system since everything seems to be working, I just need to figure out a way into the network.
