Bought a lennar home with Ruckus from previous owner

I am the second owner of a Lennar home with Ruckus but am lost with how to get this up and running. I'm having internet connection problems in some areas of the house. Please help!

I have a single story home with an Xfinity router. The house has 1 Ruckus switch and 2 Ruckus APs.

From the response shared, I could understand that you are unable to log in to the RUCKUS Unleashed app.

Could you please login to your Unleashed system on a web browser using Master AP IP Address or ‘unleashed.ruckuswireless.com’? Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.

Please refer to the below screenshots for more information on how to know your Unleashed Access Points version details.
