I have tried everything to fix this and still getting the same error

I would like to clarify that this forum operates on a best-effort basis.

As per company guidelines, RMA/replacement coverage does not extend to software-related issues or instances where the recommended troubleshooting steps have not been attempted.

I understand that your switch is currently stuck in boot mode, with the Amber/Yellow SYST LED. If a hard reset has not resolved the issue, the next step would be to perform a Software Recovery on the switch.

If you have tried the Software Recovery process please let me know at what step you are stuck with a screenshot. Additionally, please share a Picture showing the Software Recovery cable connections between the Switch and the laptop.

Thank you for the response and the update.

As you see 'boot>' prompt (refer to the below screenshot), could you please try to execute 'setenv' commands with the same IP addresses other configurations as described in the Software Recovery guide?

My friend and I have followed Video Link and guide information. Do you have any documentation on how to use USB disk instead of network to try to do this? We get error after running setenv after a certain point after the IP address is set. We want to try doing it via USB instead.
