Issue with bad kernel image

After a power outage I am attempting a software recovery and encountering issues whenever I try to update_primary and update_secondary. I have attempted the hard reset 30-40 times the lights just flash. I have attached pictures. Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch stuck in boot mode and you tried the recommended troubleshooting steps with no luck in getting it fixed. 

Based on the troubleshooting conducted, it appears that your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is currently stuck in boot mode. You have followed the recommended troubleshooting steps, such as resetting with a paper clip and performing a Software Recovery. However, it seems that the switch has a corrupted image that cannot be recovered, and the issue persists.

Given these circumstances, the switch will need to be processed for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which essentially means that it should be replaced.
