Had a power surge and Ap went down. Did a power cycle and a factory reset and that did not do anything. Even tried to console in and recover software, but could not get that to work. Just need to RMA the device and get a new one set up. Any recommendations on fixing the issue if a power surge happens?
Please share the screenshot of the error you are getting while you are performing software recovery and factory reset.
